We believe in the Power of Movement to Create Change.
Our primary focus is to help you change the way you think, feel and act; and we do so through movement.
Where possible, we try to avoid the word 'dance' because what we have to offer is more than just dancing, it is about transition.
Our sessions have been proven to support change in self-esteem, academia, fitness, performance at work and emotional/mental health, which have become, more than ever, so important in these difficult times that we are in.
So often we hear statements like:
"I have two left feet"
"I'm too big to dance"
"I have no rhythm"
"I can't dance"
"People will laugh at me"
"I'm too old to be doing that"
We encounter so many people with these thought patterns, who are either unwilling or too scared to change.
We can help.
What Is A Movement Coach?
We believe that no-one can really teach you how to dance; you can only be provided with tools and vocabulary to support your exploration in self-expression. We take on the role of a Coach more than a traditional 'dance teacher' archetype. We help to coach people through change using movement.
