UDANCE FITNESS COURSE

Let us support your journey to improved wellness, fitness and weight loss using specially formulated fun dance sequences designed to support fitness:
  • 2 x Virtual Live training sessions a week (30 mins) - Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 7:25am (UK time)
  • Resistance and HIIT training
  • Access to training videos throughout month
  • Challenging dance sequences incorporating fitness exercises
  • Burn fat and tone muscle all at once
  • Tailored program of activity and accountability
  • 8 Virtual Live sessions a month

Improve your rhythm, coordination and confidence with our uDance classes as part of our workshop provision, we are taking on board a select amount of participants:
  • 1 x Live Virtual session per week
  • Fun and challenging dance sequences
  • Sessions that support performative development and confidence
  • Unrestricted access to choreography videos
  • Access to in-person sessions
  • Consideration for performance engagements and professional bookings
£14.97 a month (per person)  |  £9.97 a month (for students)

HOW IT WORKS

1. Fill in a form and one of our Coordinators will contact you to talk to you about your organisation, the needs and the outcomes. 

2. We will prepare a proposal taking into consideration the occasion, venue/digital platform, audience, and goals.

3. We finalise our agreement and our Movement Coaches deliver the workshops/entertainment OR our Designers start work on your business.
